  • Assist with selection of components to balance wants with budget
  • Prepare a preliminary 3-D floor plan

Step 3: Project Estimate

  • Discuss items included, and available options
  • Develop complete scope of work, detailed pricing and detailed contract
  • Get final approval

Step 4: Final Drawings / Plans

  • Begin final engineered construction plans
  • Submit to local municipality for permits

Step 5: Start Construction

  • Now the fun begins!
  • Weekly construction updates
  • Schedule meetings with suppliers to make selections
  • Thorough communication throughout process

Step 6: Quality Inspection

  • Inspectors from the local municipality will inspect your project several times prior to completion
  • Any items noted by inspector will be completed

Step 7: Final Inspection

  • Final inspection by municipality
  • Municipality issues final Certificate of Occupancy
  • Now you’re ready to move in!
