Step 1: Consultation

- Assist with selection of components to balance wants with budget
- Prepare a preliminary 3-D floor plan
Step 3: Project Estimate
- Discuss items included, and available options
- Develop complete scope of work, detailed pricing and detailed contract
- Get final approval
Step 4: Final Drawings / Plans
- Begin final engineered construction plans
- Submit to local municipality for permits
Step 5: Start Construction
- Now the fun begins!
- Weekly construction updates
- Schedule meetings with suppliers to make selections
- Thorough communication throughout process
Step 6: Quality Inspection
- Inspectors from the local municipality will inspect your project several times prior to completion
- Any items noted by inspector will be completed
Step 7: Final Inspection
- Final inspection by municipality
- Municipality issues final Certificate of Occupancy
- Now you’re ready to move in!
